岗位职责：业务经理
1.负责公司租赁和销售工作，包括工程设备，机械，车辆等租赁和销售管理。
2.维护现有客户关系，积极开拓租赁，销售市场，拓宽营业渠道，完成年度销售指标。
3.及时跟踪大客户的需求，建立与大客户长期合作关系；
4.挖掘市场潜在信息能与客户进行有效沟通最终签订合同。
5.及时跟踪付款，减少应收回款。
6..维护正在进行的项目和潜在的项目，及时积极处理解决好客户需求和困难。
7. 领导交代的其他任务。

岗位要求：
1、热爱销售行业，向往国际化的工作平台，有长期海外发展的意愿；
2、专科及以上学历，市场营销、英语专业、阿拉伯语或其他相关专业；
3、具有工程机械，车辆销售、租赁，施工现场管理、或相关建筑行业方面经验，具备中东地区工作经验者优先考虑；
4、具备思维缜密，优秀口头表达能力和沟通技巧，敏锐观察力，应变能力，较强的市场活动策划执行力；
5、良好的职业道德，高度的工作热情，有抗压能力。
6、能够熟练使用英语沟通交流，能用英文洽谈LPO.报价，签订合同等。
7、熟练使用各类基础办公软件，具有驾照，具备高度责任意识、团队合作意识。

Job Responsibilities: Business Manager UWT
.Responsible for the leasing and sales of company equipment, machinery, vehicles, and other assets, including their management and administration.
.Maintain existing customer relationships and actively explore new leasing and sales markets, expanding business channels to achieve annual sales targets.
.Timely track the needs of major clients and establish long-term cooperative relationships with them.
.Identify potential market opportunities and effectively communicate with clients to finalize contracts.
.Ensure timely tracking of payments and reduce outstanding receivables.
.Maintain ongoing and potential projects, proactively handle customer needs and difficulties in a timely manner.
.Other tasks assigned by the leadership.
Job Requirements:
.Passion for the sales industry and a desire to work in an international platform with a willingness for long-term overseas development.
.Diploma or higher education in Marketing, English, Arabic, or other related fields.
.Experience in sales or leasing of engineering machinery, vehicles, construction site management, or related construction industry, with preference given to candidates with experience in the Middle East region.
.Strong analytical thinking, excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills, keen observation, adaptability, and effective market activity planning and execution.
.Good professional ethics, high level of enthusiasm for work, and ability to handle pressure.
.proficient in using English for communication, negotiation, and contract signing.
.Proficient in using various basic office software, possess a driver's license, and have a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
