Could we just use English in this section? Treat it as English Corner?

ok, what I am saying is... let me know what I can do to help. English is my working language and I don't get to speak chinese much unless I visit the 'chinese corner' of Dubai .

Here is an idea...

There is no better way to learn a foreign language than to mingle and network with the native speakers. Despite our very good intentions, you would always find it difficult to stick to English when you know you are speaking to a chinese! So... why don't we invite some native english speakers to our Forum activties/events? Or host special event focused on mingling and networking with native english speakers?

of course... why not? I don't consider subcontinental (Indian, Pakistiani...) native English speakers. I am talking about the British, American, Canadian, Australian... loads of them hanging around in Dubai... an easy thing to do just to grab a few for a hotpot dinner ;)

It is always good to improve ourselves in all ways.

But what is standard English or good English? I know sometimes American can not understand British, and both American and British have hard time to understand Australian. Also, we have Japanese English, French English and Singapore English,etc...

There are so many different accents around the world, and i think the key is how we understand each other, not only in language side but in culture.
